Once the Owner or CEO understands and adopts the concepts of why and has a clear vision it is time to communicate that to his or her innermost circle. This may include not only his most senior staff but close members of his family and other closely invested people.
Gaining early adoption of the owners vision is absolutely critical, and for those that cannot or will not follow the dream and direction of the company there will be some difficult decisions to make. Ultimately however, the only way to move forward is the have everyone behind the purpose.
As such the inner circle training is similar to CEO Coaching and will concentrate on helping them to understand the now fully formed company purpose and then understanding the concepts of “leaders eat last” and Employee Engagement”.
Often Senior Leaders like to have one to one Coaching in addition to the training to ensure they are personally up to speed with the concepts of leaders eat last and why.
